I am trying with a creative way to default offer letter template. Since we have a lot of legal entities and each one has unique letter template we configured.

  1. On Manage Extensive Flexfield page, search for Organization and click Legal Entity, setup a Context Offer Letter Template

2. Under the Context, created a new Segment


The Segment has a value set to pull the letter template list:

3. The value set is defined as below, which returns the ID of each letter template:
