Is there a way in BIP PL SQL to retrieve where the transaction has been done?

Hello Experts,

for example, the transaction was done in Me Tab, then PL SQL will tell that this is Me tab page, or in a My Team page.

I am currently creating a transaction report now, will be able to help on how to do it?
