Is there SQL to identify the changes done to "Process" under Transaction Console > Approval Rules

We want to monitor the changes being made to Transaction Console » Approval Rules, but unfortunately UI doesn't offer any functionality to track last updates .

Is there any HCM database table to identify the changes done to "Process" under Transaction Console >> Approval Rules ? so that we can fetch the details using SQL
