How to update individual fields in Visual Builder Studio

Summary:

I am trying to implement this logic mentioned here - https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/1194016#Comment_1194016

However, I am facing issues as -

Not able to go to field level for name, It only selects a create section as 1 entity, when I try to click on configure page fields, the only option for name I can change is read only of editable and visible etc..

Also, in the variables, I can't see any other variables such as Location, department, job name etc..

While adding event listener, I am not seeing option to add custom event listener.
