Issues with Redwood Pages and Oracle Search Performance

Summary:

My organization recently activated the Redwood page for Candidate Search and enabled the Oracle Search (ORA_IRC_CAND_ORACLE_SEARCH_ENABLED). However, we are experiencing significant performance issues; the search can take several minutes to load and the behavior is inconsistent across users. As a result, we have had to disable the pages until we can improve search performance.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I have followed all the necessary setup steps for the pages and Oracle Search, and I’ve re-run the indexing process multiple times, but the problem persists.
