What is the requisition title when created using position (with a tagged requisition template)

When a requisition is created using position, which has a tagged requisition template, then what is the requisition title? Is it the position name or the template name?

Can anyone let me know the expected behaviour?

Also, if I keep the position name same as Job name then what should be the requisition title? Will the behaviour be the same or change?
