Blank preview page in VBS

Summary:

Hi,

I have imported a workspace into VBS Personal Details page from the helper tool.

I can see the details in the VBS screen but when I click preview, I get a blank white screen.

I found this doc -

This has not resolved the issue. Can I check if anyone else has experienced this issue and if you have managed to resolve please?
