create DOB field mandatory field in csp , such that before creating offer the dob is collected

Hi,

I understand that when a recruiter is creating a candidate profile , we DO NOT have a feasibility to add additional fields in the create candidate page. So we are checking for a workaround - where once candidate is tagged to the requisitions , before moving to offer the candidate we need to make sure the dob filed is filled. So can we make such mandatory in any of the csp steps ? or in the progress before offer creation ?
