Field visibility depending on User Role using Visual Builder Studio

We are having a requirement to hide few fields from the Employment/Assignment page for Line Manager but should be visible from HR Admin which is working fine with the help of VBS (with business rule written with specific role condition) but it is not working if an employee is having both the roles

How can we achieve this?
