final termination date of global transfer employee

When an employee is globally transferred, the current assignment is terminated and new assignment is started.

To get employees joining date in company we can get use PER_PERSON_ENTERPRISE_HIRE_DATE which will give hire date irrespective of transfer.

Which DB item helps to get final termination date of employee, irrespective of global transfer??
