How to Remove "Statutory Deductions" Deduction Card when hiring an India employee?

Summary:

Client wants to have this removed when hiring a new employee for India. What happens is that, this Element Entry / Deduction Card is automatically added in the list of Elements once an IN employee is hired. When I checked the Element Entry itself, the Automatic Entry is not ticked. What am I missing here?

Does this mean it is seeded / legislative requirement for all India employees?
