Hide Create New Subinventory Button in Redwood

Hi All

Is there a way we can hide the Create New Subinventory Button as well as menu option Under the Actions→Create New subinventory in Redwood so that we are restricting users who has a particular role to not create a new sub inventory. They can add items or locator information in existing subinventory but not create a new subinventory. If there is a way can you please let me know how we can achieve that in Redwood.
