Ability to disable "What info do you want to manage" under RUI new hire

Hi,

When we select all options under What info do you want to manage as "Required" and "Visible" using Design Studio under New Hire (Responsive page) still "What info do you want to manage page is visible. How to disable this page?

If we open New Hire, we still see the amended fields. If we select as Required and Visible then "What info do you want to manage" then directly When and Why screen should come. It's worked for other transaction Example "Change Assignment" or "Change Salary".
