Outlook invite not updating when Learning course day/time is changed. Is that expected?

We have successfully installed the Teams integration to Oracle Learning. When the course date/time is updated in Learning, the calendar invite is not updated. Is that expected? If it is not expected, how do you get the Outlook calendar to update to reflect the course update?
