Landed Cost Management for Transfer Orders

Hello,

I am referring to this Metalink that says Transfer Orders DO NOT have Landed Cost Management (LCM) but it is dated from 2020. Can you please let me know if that holds true even today?

If Transfer Order DO NOT have LCM is there any time horizon Oracle has hinted at for implementing the same.
