PTO sell back

We have a PTO Sellback process for eligible employees. Employees can elect to sell back PTO during a open enrollment period. When that period is closed, we run the Calculate Accruals and Balances. This moves those Discretionary Disbursement hours to the Calculation Cards, and they process on the pay cycle (the 11/15 payroll this year). The Earnings Element is set up to pay the hours at 75% of the employee's hourly rate. Four employees wanting to sell PTO have an anniversary date in November. The Sell Back takes place in November.
