QuickPay View SOE Flow Task not completing
Summary:
When we process a QuickPay, we see two tasks associated with the QuickPay flow:
- Calculate Quickpay
- View SOE
We are finding that the View SOE task does not always complete, leaving the QuickPay in a 'In Progress' Status.
This is preventing us from using the new Oracle 24D functionality to add Input values to an existing, already used element as the HDL will fail if there are any Payroll Processes or QuickPays 'In Progress' status.
Is there a way to process these correctly so they do not stay in 'In Progress' status? What are we doing wrong.
Is there a way to get all the QuickPays we have stuck in this 'In Progress' status completed? Is anyone else having this issue.
