A contingent worker should not be line manager

Change Manager LOV should restrict the list of Contingent worker.

We have requirement where user shouldn't be able to add contingent worker as line manager. System should either throw an error or shouldn't display CWK user list in LOV.

Let us know if this is possible through Autocomplete rule or any other way.
