How to bring country code of phone to EFF valueset

Summary:

We have a requirement where we have created EFF under Extra Person Information flexfield.

Storing Phone number, area code and country code. We need to bring the country code as it is from contact detail page. Please let us know how to achieve it

Is this details stored in some common lookup or from any table do we need to bring?
