Product Hub Publication Job when Inventory Org is Unassigned

Summary:

In our case PDH published file is used by other upstream systems to define product, assign and unassign inventory organisation. In the Product Hub Publication Job's zip file, we can see that items are coming when those are assigned to a new inventory organisation whereas if an item is unassigned from an inventory organisation then those items are not getting reported.

How can the upstream system know when an item is unassigned to an Inventory Org if the same information is not coming in the published file?
