Line Manager Role is incorrectly Auto Provisioned

Summary:

In our organization, we use a custom line manager role. All line managers also serve as hiring managers, hence they are assigned both roles. For a specific user who currently has no reports (LM in the past), we removed the LM and HM roles. However, the next day, the user was automatically re-provisioned with the LM and HM roles.

The role mapping we used: HR Assignment Status = Active; Manager With Reports = Yes;
