Using a HDL to Bulk Load National Identifier

Summary:

We need to be able to bulk load National Identifiers on to employees records as it is missing. Looking at the worker.dat file for NationalIdentifier appears to require a complex NationalIdentifierId. I've had a search and can't find an example of a simple HDL to bulk load the national identifier. I would really appreciate some help with this please.
