Access Group by analysis report

Set up a new community with access group based on analysis report

Below 2 processes are scheduled to run at nightly

Process Learning Records (with option Reconcile)

Process User Access (with option Reconcile)

The questions are,

Member access is not updated when existing member is removed from the analysis. However, if I check ON the "Withdraw assignments of incomplete learners no longer a part of the learning initiative audience" flag, the existing member gets removed from the list.

1. Is this expected behavior? To remove member from the analysis, do we need to check this ON?
2. If a member has an incomplete assignment, will it withdraw the assignment for members no longer eligible? If so, is there a way to remove the member from the community but keep the incomplete assignment as is and not withdrawn?
