How to select a specific word on a page as an element for an Oracle Guided Learning message?

Summary:

Need OGL message to show only for employees and not executives for a message on performance documents but the target element (which is the page title) is showing the same, yet the text on the title is different. It should recognize it as 2 different elements. How can I add parameters for the message to only show for employees with a standard performance document and not an executive performance document? See screenshots.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

I have created a message that is supposed to show only for employees completing their employee assessment. We have a system limitation where they see a sentence that is meant to be hidden for them, so the message is to alert them that it is a known bug. The issue is that this message is showing for both employees with a Standard Performance Form and also Executives with the Executive Performance Form. For Executives, the sentence SHOULD be showing, unlike for employees, therefore the pop-up message is irrelevant to the Executives because this message is for employees only. The only
