Redwood Email Notifications - Non-responsive Design

Summary:

Per 24D Release notes, Individual Compensation Notifications would get Redwood style applied if no customizations were made to the template. We are not seeing the Redwood styled email notifications as responsive (e.g. it doesn't adjust to window size). Is anyone else seeing the same or suggestions on how to fix in either another transaction notification or the same?
