24D Learning courses recommended by colleagues no longer show the recommendation comments

Summary:

We have enabled this new 24D Learning feature (see link below), but now when a person recommends a course (with comments) to a colleague, those comments are not visible in Me > Learning > Learning Catalog > Recommended > Recommended by colleagues > (hover the mouse over the course) like they used to before enabling this feature.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I could not see any mention of this functionality in the 24D notes, although it is obvious the layout has changed by the screenshots but just not been mentioned (that I can find).
