How to change the accounting calendar date from normal calendar to difference date range

Summary:

We want to change the accounting calendar date from normal calendar to difference date range, for example, 24-Jan-2025 to 23-Feb-2025. We can only change the date in 2030 but not in 2025 to 2029. Is it due to GL budget and project control budget ? Is it possible to make the change, we don't have actual amount data in 2025? Thank you.
