Use Incentive Capping for each Sales Manager and Sales Director Pair
We have a requirement where we need to cap incentive payout for a combination of Sales Manager and Sales Director who are tagged to different plans.
For example:
Sales Manager 1 and Sales Manager 2 is assigned to SM Plan and Sales Director is assigned to SD Plan.
- Sales Manager 1 & Sales Director Combination:
- Capping
- Sales Manager 1 - 12k
- Sales Director - 3k
- Capping
- Sales Manager 1 & Sales Director Combination:
- Capping
- Sales Manager 2 - 12k
- Sales Director - 3k
- Capping
There can be n number of such combinations of Sales Manager and Sales Director. From the above information, the system should be able to dynamically determine the capping for each individual.
