Ability to greyed out Assignment and Salary Amount field If the worker type is contingent worker

Hi,

Do we have possibility to make view only for Assignment Status and Salary amount field when we try to change/update details for "casual/Consultant Direct" in Person Type?

Example: Change Assignment > If the Person type is "contingent Worker/Casual" » Then » Assignment Status and Salary amount » greyed out.

Please advise do we have possibility to use "Auto Complete"? If yes, please share some sample config to achieve this requirement.
