ORC Job Offer Approval Rule1 Error - No rule named Rule1

Hi,

We have an issue using the Job Offer Approval flow. We are using the BPM Worklist task configuration. We have created one Participant with a Rule named ****. Then we have additional Participants that are not rule based but based on Names and expressions.

When we create a new job requisition, load a candidate and create a new job offer we get the Rule1 error. However there is no Rule1 defined anywhere in the approval flow. When we terminate the transaction using Transaction Console, redraft the offer without making any changes and submit the job offer again, it works as expected and we never get the error again even if we withdraw, make changes resubmit etc.
