Is there a technical note to communicate the JE_FROM_SLA_FLAG?

Fusion GL_JE_HEADERS has JE_FROM_SLA_FLAG. This flag is know to be Y for JEs once they are picked up from Create accounting. Client uses FBDI to import large volumes of JE from external sources. One such source is ARCS.

Client is looking for any oracle document that explains the flag so help reinforce controls that look for those entries not having the flag set as those would be considered Manual journals.
