Is it possible to use area of responsibility as initiator in hcm approvals?

We have approval flows based on AORs - i.e initiators would be employees having different AORs.

Different people with different AORs can be initiators. So if AOR1 does a transaction, it should go to AOR2, AOR3 for approval. If AOR2 does a transaction, it should go to only AOR3 for approval. If AOR3 does a transaction, it should be auto-approved.
