Using Redwood to create an SR

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a new SR using Oracle's new Redwood My Oracle Support page.

Are there instructions as to how this works anywhere?

In particular, I have a question about what about:

"Who should be able to view this service request?"

It is requiring a User Group.

What is a User Group - do I need to create it for the CSI?
