Pulling data from Core HR EFF into ORC application

We want to expose an EFF in ORC as part of an internal candidate application. This is so we can identify certain groups of people.

We have enabled this using the extra information section, however the data is only pulling through on the candidate profile screens when doing a search or looking in a candidate pool. The data is not showing within a candidate application against a requisition. Against the application it is only allowing us to enter data in these fields, which doesn't then pull through to Core HR upon offer.

Is this the expected behaviour? Really we want this information to be visible on a candidate application.
