24D xAPI Support Documentation

I see xAPI is supported in 24D but it has zero instructions. I am very familiar with xAPI but it does not look like you upload an xAPI package which makes the most sense but instead you have to have a URL? Does this mean a course published to xAPI on AWS or something? Need some instructions.
