How to reassign failed approval due to missing supervisor?

Summary:

On 24D.

We enabled LearningRequestApproval with supervisor hierarchy.

For what ever reasons, there are times that the supervisor is not around anymore, and when this happens, the transaction becomes "Failed" status.

And under Actions, there are only 2 options. Terminate Process and Recover.

Is there a way to reassign this transaction to any other users in the system?
