Audit History not visible in cases 24D

Case Agent users are not able to see audit changes as part of the audit history even after making a change.

We've add privileges: View Audit History, View Case Audit History

Person ID and Party ID is present

Manage audit polciies have been selected

Adaptive search is on

Issue was not present DEV environment but this is occuring in TEST since 24D. has anyone else experienced this change?
