Client wants External Candidates to specify their Job preferences when applying multiple Job Req

Hello,

Our client wants external candidates to be able to specify their preferences when applying on several Job Requisitions. As of now, we have not seen the feasibility of this. We wanted to know if this can be done or we can upvote for this idea?

Or if anyone has ever encountered same requirement, what was the way forward? Do we classify as a GAP or do we have a work around?
