Mapping of Date of Birth to Worker Type

We have a requirement to make the Date of Birth field mandatory only for the Employee worker type and not mandatory for other worker types. We are currently using the responsive pages in the POD.

Please help us with the EL Expression to be used in Page Composer or other solution to this requirement.
