COST KFF not visible

We have created New Structure in COST KFF. This is to gather costing information for the employees at assignment level. Segment labels are enabled for Department, Payroll and Person. We do not have Payroll or Finance Subcription, we are HR customer only. After deploying the KFF, the Segments are not visible in Assignment/Payroll pages. How to make these visible? Did anyone enable these on Global HR?
