How to hide sections in show More Public Info

Navigation: Me> Directory> My Public Info/Organization Chart > Show More
Is it possible to hide the sections in My Public Info under the show more section such as Skills and Qualification, Personal Details, Emergency contact, ect…>

We tried to hide it from Sandbox- Page Composer but the option to hide the section is not present nor is it possible to edit.

it is possible to hide the button Show More but it is not possible to hide a specific section under Show More with page composer.

Is there a way to hide these section through maybe other sandbox tool or privilege?
