Various section are not displayed on hiding Info to include for Create work Relationship

Summary:

On selecting the Toggle button on Info to Incude page for various section on create work Relationship page and then hiding the page from VBS, os not display the sections in the workflow.

Even on making the section appear visible on Business Rules, we still do not see the section in the work flow
