Blank Primary point of contact

Hi

For employee, Primary Point of Contact is auto-selected on HRHD request creation but for agent primary point of contact doesn't show any values.

I have tried following:

  1. Ran Synchronize User ID (with hire date of the agent having issues)
  2. Configure Adaptive Search - Republished HR Help Desk Search
  3. Have configured Queues and Agents are assigned to it as Resources

The user has the below roles. If they don't have any HR roles, they will not be able to select primary point of contact?

For employee, the primary point of contact should be only employee. but, agent should be able to view all.
