Using HSDL to remove Global Access Group from learning item?

Summary:

We have a large # of learning items that will need a Global Access Group removed. Doing so manually would take a substantial amount of time, wondering if there is a way to automate this work.

We are currently using the GlobalAccessGroupRelation business object in HSDL to associate Access Groups to learning items, does anyone know if there is a way to use this business object to remove Access Group relationships?
