How to Remove Issue Date and Expiration Date from Sensitive information block in external careersite

Summary:

Is it possible to remove Issue Date and Expiration Date of NID from the Sensitive Information block for candidates when applying on the external career site? There is a oracle note. Please let us know if any one has come across similar requirement.
