Receipt Note Icon has Disappeared in PO Life Cycle

Summary: We are using the classic self service procurement system still and received the 24D upgrade recently. We have noticed that when we create a receipt against a PO and add a note, that note is no longer available view within the Order Life Cycle section of the PO. The Note icon used to appear next to the receipt number if a note had been added. The user could then simply click the icon to view the note. We are having to drill down in to the receipt Transaction History to find the note. Is there any reason why this
