Capture UTM source for general career site link

We have a use case where candidates will be directed to the job search page of ORC career site from an external site and want to capture the source. Prior to 24C we were able to use UTM codes in the URL and these persisted in the URL when applying for the job where the expected source was captured. It doesnt appear this works any longer in 24C.

For example a candidate could receive a URL like this from an external site where regardless of which job they decide to apply: https://<your domain>.fa.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1001/requisitions?mode=location&utm_medium=thirdparty&utm_source=marketing
