Unable to view pending transactions of a few employees
I’m unable to view certain pending transactions in the Transaction Console. These transactions were submitted by employees who are now terminated in the system.
Key details:
- We have all the necessary roles assigned.
- The data security for transactions is set to "View All Transactions."
- I can identify the pending transactions using the diagnostic report, but they do not appear in the Transaction Console.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
