BPM Worklist > Search with "PositionChangeApproval" > General section > Click on Globe icon


Configure the email subject and tokens:

Key = PositionChangeApproval
En (subject line) = Approval for Position Change - Position name [{0}] for Department [{1}] and Initiated by person# {2}
