Location List of Value customization

Summary:

Hello everyone,

we would like to investigate the possibility of editing the values displaying in the Primary Location field of job requisitions. Our client is an international company and when they post requisitions for internal candidates,

they don't want to make the position country - specific; they prefer to include the whole continent e.g. Europe, Asia etc.

Do we know how we can add options like this in the list of values?
